Northern Kentucky ezone is actively looking for client companies who share our commitment and passion in developing the Northern Kentucky entrepreneur community. We want to strengthen the region by empowering fast-growth businesses to achieve success.

The ezone accelerates, mentors, and helps gain exposure for start-up, emerging, and existing entrepreneurs on the pathway to success. We currently have more than 70 companies that include people with simply an idea all the way through multi-million dollar international corporations.

The ezone follows a three fold Commercialization Process sometimes referred to as the ABC Process of technology commercialization:

• Assessment
• Business Planning, and
• Capitalization

We begin by providing a comprehensive Assessment of your company's growth potential. For select companies, we can assist with the proper Business Planning to prepare you for growth. And in most cases, we will help raise Capital from a mix of debt / grants / and private equity to fund your growth.

• Connecting you with service providers to develop and protect your technology
• Building your management team with the right people
• Providing tools for building a professional business plan, complete with 5-year financial pro-forma
• Equipping you to present a first-class Power Point presentationto prospective customers and investors
• Conducting a valuation workshop to determine the value of your business
• Identifying sources of capital (grants, debt, private equity) for both near-term and longer-term phase of growth
• Introducing you to investors
